Ramakrishna Math invites many artists from various fields on special occasions such as retreats etc. Invitations to such events are generally sent out by regular mail. CULTURAL & SOCIAL PROGRAMES:

The Math regularly organizes competitions for school children on various topics to inculcate good values and awareness of India's spiritual and Cultural Heritage. These competitions include a recitation competition for Primary School Children in Sanskrit, Marathi and English, Elocution competitions in Marathi and English for secondary school children.  In addition, Drawing competition for Children from 3rd to 8th Standard is conducted in 3 different age groups.

Many schools in and around Pune participate in these competitions.  The prize Distribution ceremony for the successful participants is conducted every year on 12th January, the birthday of Swami Vivekananda and National Youth Day, at the hands of honourable personalities. We express our gratitude to the dedicated teachers from schools and colleges who voluntarily help us in conducting the programme.
