Swami Bhaumananda
Swami Bhaumanandaji Maharaj joined the Ramakrishna Math, Nagpur. His monastic life was nurtured under the kind guidance of Srimat Swami Bhaskareshwaranandaji Maharaj, then president of Ramakrishna Math, Nagpur. Swami Bhaskareshwaranandaji was the disciple of Swami Shivanandaji Maharaj, a direct disciple of Sri Ramakrishna.
Srimat Swami Virajanandaji Maharaj initiated him into Sanyasa in 1952.
Swami Bhaumanandaji Maharaj spent 40 years at Nagpur Math. He has done pioneering work in starting 'Jivan-Vikas' magazine. Jivan-Vikas is the monthly Marathi magazine of the Ramakrishna sangha published by Nagpur Math. He has translated many books into Marathi from Begali Language, note worthy are Sri Ramakrishna Bhakta Malika- Part 1 & 2. He knows Gujarathi, Kannada, Bengali languages apart from Marathi, English and Hindi. He was in-charge of the Marathi Publication in Nagpur.
He is one of the senior monks of the Ramakrishna Sangha. He took charge of Ramakrishna Math, Pune as President in the year 1984 and is continuing till today. Within the span of 22 years, Ramakrishna Math, Pune has grown in stature, which includes, a full-fledged Polyclinic & Diagnostic centre, Library, Book Sale, Computer Training Centre, Study Room, Balak & Yuvak Sangha for poor children. In 2002, the newly built Universal Temple of Bhagwan Sri Ramakrishna was inaugurated by the then President of the Ramakrishna Order, Revered Ranganathanandaji Maharaj.

Swami Suvijneyanandaji (Rajendra Maharaj)
Suvijneyanandaji joined the Ramakrishna Order in 1985 as a Brahmachari at Belur Math, Kolkata. Then he served at T.Nagar Ashrama at Chennai for four years. He got his Sanyasa in 1995 from the then President of Ramakrishna Order, Srimat Swami Bhuteshanandaji Maharaj. He served at Head Quarters, Ramakrishna Math & Mission, Belur Math, Kolkata for fifteen years. He was posted to Pune Math in 2003. His main work is preaching and spreading the message of Swami Vivekananda. He particularly likes to work among the youth. |
Swami Atmavikasanandaji (Ajay Maharaj)
Atmavikasanandaji joined the Ramakrishna Order in 1991 as a Brahmachari at Ramakrishna Math, Pune. He got his Sanyasa in 1999 from the then President of Ramakrishna Order, Srimat Swami Ranganathanandaji Maharaj. Then he served at Head Quarters, Ramakrishna Math & Mission, Belur Math, Kolkata. He was posted to Pune Math in 2000 to oversee the construction of the Universal Temple of Shri Ramakrishna and all other related work. He has since been organizing and coordinating the various activities of the Pune Math. |
